Child Safety Standards Policy

1. No use by minors

GMPS is not directed at children. You must not create an account or use our services if you are under the legal age to enter a binding contract or to gamble in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher; at least 18 in most places). We take steps to discourage and detect underage access, including age declarations at registration and verification where appropriate.

2. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

Any content, conduct, or attempt to use our services to groom, sexualize, exploit, or endanger minors is strictly prohibited. This includes sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of minors, or content that facilitates harm to children.

We report apparent CSAM and related illegal activity to the appropriate authorities, including, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or regional equivalents, in line with local law.

3. Prohibited conduct toward minors and vulnerable people

You must not:

• Target, solicit, or communicate with minors for wagering or any inappropriate purpose
• Impersonate a minor or misrepresent your age
• Use the service to facilitate trafficking, grooming, or exploitation

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of accounts, preservation of records for law enforcement, and referral to authorities. We may cooperate with law enforcement and regulators as required or permitted by law.

5. Reporting concerns

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number. To report suspected abuse material or behavior related to GMPS, email us at security@gmps.be. Include relevant details such as usernames, times, and screenshots where safe to provide them.

US users may also report to NCMEC via www.cybertipline.org.

6. Parental and guardian awareness

Parents and guardians should use device and app parental controls, monitor online activity where appropriate, and ensure minors do not access gambling apps or share credentials. Our services are not designed for educational use by children.

7. Updates

We may update this policy to reflect legal requirements, platform changes, or best practices. Continued use of GMPS after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, subject to any additional steps required by law.
